I am Head of Engineering-QA at EverCommerce — EverHealth and report to the CTO. The scope is cloud architecture, clinical software, and AI inside regulated healthcare systems.

The products are DrChrono, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Updox, AlertMD, and MDcoder: ambulatory electronic health records, practice management, medical billing, and patient engagement.

Oracle · 2016 to 2025

The platform behind Oracle Life Sciences Clinical One

For nine years I built and led the platform, release, and infrastructure organization for Oracle Life Sciences Clinical One, the cloud suite sponsors and contract research organizations use to run clinical trials, reporting to the Global VP. I was a contributor from early build-out through production. A site cannot enter visit data, randomize a subject, or dispense a kit if this platform is down.

Clinical One applications on the platform

  • Data Collection

    Electronic data capture from sites, EHRs, labs, and patient apps. Study design, visit schedules, protocol versions, and source-data verification.

  • RTSM

    Randomization and trial supply: treatment arms, kit types, dispensation and titration, depot inventory, and shipments.

  • Digital Gateway

    Integration hub connecting Clinical One to Oracle InForm, third-party EDC, CTMS such as Veeva Vault and Siebel, depot networks, and Oracle Argus Safety.

  • Analytics

    Study reporting and dashboards across data collection and supply.

What I led

  • Kubernetes modernization. Directed the move of the Clinical One suite from WebLogic to containers on Oracle Kubernetes Engine, with the microservices infrastructure, test automation, observability, and production readiness behind it.
  • Oracle Health clinical identity. Designed secure multi-tenant OCI architecture for the identity and authentication backbone used by Oracle Health / Cerner clinical applications, cut over in minimal time without customer impact, meeting RPO and RTO targets.
  • Identity cloud migration. Moved Oracle's critical identity system from a physical data center to auto-scaling cloud in minimal time without customer impact, meeting RPO and RTO targets.
  • HIPAA multi-tenant analytics. Owned infrastructure design and scaling for a shared-isolated tenant analytics platform serving Oracle Health customers.
  • Regulated operations. Engineering lead for customer regulatory audits of production clinical environments.
